unfortunately, no moniter so the official left to guess. then the way it works is the official away from the shooter is the actual person responsible if the shot got off. that official really cant tell... if it is that close you are left to make a decision. interesting that nba and ncaa refs make almost 200k a season and get to guess because they have replay... but high school refs just have to guess
