Wow! Thought the Irish could make it interesting with many of their players back from injury.

Yeah, so did I. Serra chooses now not to get fumble-itis and play defense.

For that matter, where did the Irish defense go after they played so well against St. Francis and S.I.?

Serra took the JV and Frosh games. The JV's were competetive considering six sophs are on the Varsity.

Irish frosh played well early on but the runner that Serra couldn't catch up to got injured and left the game.

After the game, the Pads players went on this bizzare semi-dance ritual, whooping their heads off in unison. Real classy after a blowout.

It's unfortunate that Serra didn't make its defensive changes some weeks sooner.
Yup. The Bells and Riordan outcomes may have been different...though, tough to win games if the offense is turning it over multiple times.

It was Polynesian Day at Serra, so that was probably the Haka. That's pretty mainstream these days.

I was referring to the Frosh game. Serra took the title with Bellarmine, VC and SHC right behind. Riordan and their 468 points they have given up in 9 games finished at the Fubo level... Dead Doormat Last.

A lot of Polynesian on team. A big influence and contributor to overall football program. The HAKA normally done before games. I have no problem with it; actually quite entertaining and funny to see the "white boys" try to keep up and look tough.
