PAL has title potential

With the weekend's posting of new, revised PAL football schedules (Bay, Ocean and Lake divisions), it now appears to be possible to play for actual league championships since six schools in each division will play one another (assuming the virus does not cancel any ballgames). So the question becomes: Will the PAL declare that titles can be won during this strange pandemic-shortened, delayed 2020 campaign? It would make sense. Why not? A normal PAL season involves just five league games anyway.
