Surprising news as he averaged 28 minutes and 12 points per game last year

Cal needs a PG for the upcoming season, Paris would have to sit a year... they should be heavily shopping the grad transfer PG market for next season...

Cal has lost their top 4 3 point shooters due to grad, early entry, and transfers. Mullins/SG, Bird/SF, Moore/PG, and Rabb/PF.

(Rabb was 4th best 3 point shooter on Cal's team last season)... Not sure where the outside shooting will come from with the 2017/18 Cal team... but expect O will rely on towers of Marcus Lee/Kingsley Okoru.

Who else is even on the roster besides Lee & Okoro? Only guard I can think of is Don Coleman who wasn't much of a factor last year...

Seriously feel bad for Marcus Lee, had to figure Ivan would be gone and Bird was graduating but he had no clue he was signing up for this much of a bare cupboard!

Marcus Lee will be the top O option at Cal, 2017/18 season. (not so at his years at UK) Granted, his teammates will not be collection of McD AA's or his team's aspirations of "Final 4 or bust". He has to work this summer on his O moves (10 feet and in) as he will get his share of shots and chance to show his O skills.

Cal will be luck to be .500 next year. They are so limited which is being kind. Good year for a walk on to try and play hoops at CAL. I could see them going 5-15 or so in The Conference of Champions. Who are they going to beat? Oregon state? Asu?

Oregon stste is gonna be good. They were decimated by injures this past Year....

I expect Cal to get some grad transfers to fill roster out... Jordan Mathews left team as grad transfer to Gonzaga last season, but Cal picked up Grant Mullins as grad transfer and was team's best shooter last season.
Incoming freshman class will get opp for serious PT if they can arrive and show.
