I think altering the NCAA rules regarding the number of days college coaches can view players off their campus during the high school season would make sense. I think it's 49 days for the entire staff or something but maybe for this year try to make up for the lost summer time with more high school time -- if there is a high school season.

And since some parents will be more fearful about letting their children travel or play in large events, the summer/fall proposals may not draw all the potential prospects.

I thought CIF and sections can't sanction or mandate anything that involves summer, June 1st till first day of fall practice?
