Riordan’s 2023 King-Jhsanni Wilhite gets 1st D1 offer

Couple things... the opponent is not playing much defense here. also why are they wearing shorts 2 sizes too small like some girls

Lol. Shorts. I was there. The talent in that game was not good. Average to below. BUT the young man was balling. Scoring. I have been watching him play since he was 5 years old in pee wee hoops. He can score. Always could...

That looked no different than if he went to Sunset Gym and messed around against a bunch of nobodys.

I don't know anything about the event or competition but The young man can hoop you can Clearly watch him play with a plain eye and see the upside to his game.

Wilhite faced plenty of very good competition starting as a freshman for SI's Varsity team last year. He was the leading scorer in most of their games and opposing teams often schemed to limit his scoring. He's the CCS Frosh of the Year. He will do just fine and will continue to develop his game.

I dont think anyone doubts that. At least I didnt. I just was flabbergasted at the lack of defensive intensity shown by the opponents. Couldnt be me. Aint nobody finna have me on youtube for their personal gain.
And the insanely young shorts they wearing.

The kid is clearly skilled. He has Trevor Dunbar-like potential. He will look even more impressive this season running with 3 other players that will likely play college ball.

I believe he's an older Sophomore. It really shouldn't be a problem.

Is Trevor Dunbar type potential supposed to be a compliment?

i think its more accurate to compare high school kids to high school kids. there are some on here that for some reason think a high school kid is comparable to NBA players. yes being compared to Trevor is a complement unless you feel like the former WCAL POY wasnt good?
