The Hollins and Carter players don't come every year at the Freshman level, having them may have fooled him a little like having a FOX and JOHNS that eventually tore through the league but only eventually as seniors. They were not that good when they were underclassman. Success in Frosh A never actually defines success in varsity or even Junior Varsity, but it does keep the winning feeling which may be confidence building for your younger players. Totally agree about AAU ball.
