SJS Division I: Sheldon beat Capital Christian 49-46. Sheldon survives a slow start and poor free throw shooting. Capital Christian made a strong case for Open Division inclusion.
SJS Division III: Vanden beat Central Catholic 57-41. Vanden wins its first section title in 25 years. This is another team that could get on a NorCal run with the right draw.
SJS Division V: Brookside Christian beat Bradshaw Christian 69-48. This is Brookside Christian's first section title since 2015. The Knights have won 10 in a row.
NCS Open Division: Bishop O'Dowd beat Dublin 75-72. If it is possible, the Dragons' now 17 game winning streak has been quietly put together. Now the Dragons are the inagural NCS Open champions. Do they get the 2 seed in the NorCal Open Division?
CCS Open Division: Mitty beat Bellarmine 44-41. Nigel Burris led a balanced scoring effort for Mitty with nine points. Ian Elam had 15 points for Bellarmine. It is Mitty's fourth CCS Open Division title.
Northern Section Division III: Pleasant Valley beat Foothill-Palo Cedro 47-45. Aaron Gomez had a game high 17 points for Pleasant Valley, which knocked off the top seeded Cougars. In the two regular season meetings, Foothill won by 13 points each time.
Northern Section Division V: Mt. Shasta beat East Nicolaus 58-51. The 2019 Division V NorCal champions led East Nicolaus 33-18 at halftime to win their second straight section title.
San Francisco: Lowell beat Lincoln 65-56
