This is just straight incompetence from the leaders. The city is a crap show on all levels of government now. They are severely harming the public school education (academic and extracurricular) of the next generation of children. SFUSD kids are more likely to come from low income (more likely to be non white as well) households as well, while the wealthier kids in private schools are getting a vastly better experience. Where is the equity in that? BS!

The vaccine/TB requirement is reasonable as they expect all district employees to meet those requirements but LAST MINUTE LIKE THIS? NO GRACE PERIOD? INCOMPETENCE! Yet it is safe to play outside of the city? Its ok for the privates to play in the city? What a JOKE, SF is now about 2 years behind the majority of the US when it comes to reopening society.

I don't envy those who have to figure out schools, athletics, etc, but this seems like a self-inflicted issue. And its even more tough because these schools didn't get anything in the spring either
