SHC vs. SI girls at 11:00am

Irish boys varsity beat SI 2-1. SHC scored early in the second half and again in the 77th minute. Irish are now 9-2-2 and 14-2-3 overall. They have one more league game against Bellarmine on Feb. 18th at Beach Chalet #1 at 3:45pm.

SI won the girls game 1-0.

Irish remain tied with Mitty at 9-2-2.
Bells beat Valley Christian 5-0.
Mitty beat Serra 4-0.
St. Francis beat Riordan 9-1.

The WCAL title will be decided on the final day of the league season.

If SHC beats Bellarmine and Mitty beats St. Ignatius, there will be a three-way tie for first place. In any event, SHC must beat Bellarmine in order to win the title. A tie won't do.
If SI beats or ties Mitty and SHC wins, SHC wins an outright title. If the Bells win, then Bellarmine wins it.

The Sacred Heart Cathedral boys Frosh soccer team beat St. Ignatius 1-0, winning the WCAL Championship. Irish finish undefeated at 6-0-4 in the WCAL and 8-0-4 overall. Girls Frosh soccer won their league title and went undefeated as well.
