i like the fact the "big guys" play each other early in the season. it is good for them and good for high school basketball. Both of these programs are in the top tier of Nor Cal basketball. Great win for Sheldon.

Is the strength of Nor Cal basketball this year in the Sacramento area?

Hoops is really good again in sac area. Sheldon, sac high, Folsom, woodcreek (tbd). These are all teams that can beat anybody in NorCal on any given night.

Manning with 24Devin Greene 21 Brooks 15 for Sheldon Kone with 25 for Mitty.

Kone is a beast at this level, but will still have to improve his efficiency on the block. Against a much smaller Sheldon team he missed several times at close range. His ft shooting is very good. Mitty will be in the thick of things at the end of the season. Sheldon's small line up is very hard to guard when they get out and run as they all can score and attack. Best balance of teams in Nor Cal for several years. No super stars, but numerous D1 prospects
