Hi, does anyone have the matchups for this event? Initially MP was showing Capital Christian vs Sheldon but now it is saying Vanden vs Sheldon but I have not been able a find lot of info about this event.

Vanden v. Sheldon is correct, the last game of the evening at 9.

Other than that, it's awful hard to find anything.

I have figured out a few, using MaxPreps schedules and a lot of hunting...

1:30 is Whitney v. El Cerrito
3:00 is Del Oro v. Edison
4:30 is probably Elliot Christian v. Benicia
7:30 is St. Pat's-St. Vincent v. Christian Brothers
9:00 is Vanden v. Sheldon, which should be a real barnburner. (Of course, I thought that about Salesian v. Freedom, but boy was I wrong...)

I'm sure there's a 6:00 game, but I can't spot that matchup. West Campus, Sacramento and Pleasant Grove are all listed as TBA at this showcase. Probably two of those face off, and the third v. somebody I can't find yet would be another game, maybe at noon.

Hopefully, someone from Sheldon will wander in here and straighten this all out.

Edit: Liberty of Brentwood appears to be the 4th Mystery Team.

Max preps has West campus vs Sac high at 900. i also see San Leandro and Liberty with Adidas challenge. If like last year there will be a 1030 ,1200, and 600 to your list. Someone informed me there will be Oakridge, Tracy and Kennedy,and Pleasant Grove participating

The Sheldon Adidas Challenge is set for Saturday, with the host Huskies taking on 16-0 Vanden in the 9 p.m. nightcap. The other games: West Campus vs. Sacramento, 9 a.m.; Pleasant Grove vs. Oak Ridge, 10:30 a.m.; Kennedy vs. Tracy, noon; Whitney vs. El Cerrito, 1:30 p.m.; Del Oro vs. Edison-Fresno, 3 p.m.; Elliott Christian-Lodi vs. Benicia, 4:30 p.m.; Liberty vs. San Leandro, 6 p.m.; and Christian Brothers vs. St. Patrick/St. Vincent-Vallejo, 7:30 p.m.

Whitney wins close one 71-68. Matt Willis hits 6 threes and 6 freethrows in the fourth quarter, ends with 26. Kid got upended and cracked his front tooth on the floor with 2 minutes to go, but returned and hit 4 crucial free throws to end the game.
