St. Mary's at Folsom- I have seen both teams play this year on multiple occasions. I have it Folsom 42-17. I don't think St. Mary's can compete at the top SFL level at this point.

Oak Ridge at Elk Grove- Both teams that I like. I see this one possibly being one of the best games in these section playoffs. I have it Elk Grove 48-34.

St Marys looked pretty good last night and Napa was far from a pushover. If they could bully Folsom like CVC did they will have a shot.

Haven't seen OR but I've seen Reed and I'm still surprised that the potential SJS D1 winner lost to them. They're good but not D1 SJS title winner good. I saw Elk Grove manhandle Grant. That was surprising. Not sure about this one.

Flipped the coin ... I have Elk Grove and Folsom in the Finals.

St. Mary's is a bit young, and played well vs Napa, despite an early fumble which led to Napa's first score on a double pass trick play and the SM defensive back falling leaving Napa's WR wide open for the easy score.

St. Mary's played without their starting RB, #7 Zaunbrecher, who was out with an ankle injury. SM QB Dunniway was on fire for 4 TD passes to Hampton and 336 yards in the air. I anticipate Folsom's defense will give the Rams some trouble. But, if Jake Dunniway has time, he is pretty accurate with his throws. I also anticipate the Rams will have a hard time stopping Folsom's offense as Folsom's QB is playing pretty well himself. Picking Folsom. But, next year's SM team IMHO has a better shot at winning section with many of their key players just juniors. Still hoping for a good game and closer than some are thinking. GO RAMS!

Following the Grant vs Granite Bay thread and recalling Elk Grove's blowout victory vs Grant, I can't help but pick Elk Grove.

Coin flip says Elk Grove wins it all. But, given my luck, my 2 coin flips involving Folsom have not been too lucky. Maybe the 3rd time is a charm. We'll see. Still much football to be played

Elk Grove has a great team. They just don't play anyone nearly as good as Folsom. Folsom by 2 TDs in the final.

Folsom by 3 TDs next week over the Rams. I have driven up from Sac multiple times this year to check out all the SFL hype. Let me tell you, it's for real.

Ya great matchup in OR vs Elk Grove. Have not seen SM play, but I just have to go with Folsom by 3TD's... As for OR vs Elk Grove I mean I have no idea... Elk Grove is undefeated and i look at the Reed loss by OR..and @slick58 REED is a damn good team.. playing for another Nevada State Championship vs Bishop Gorman...13-0...and it was EARLY in the season... and if we want to go with SOS ... OR has played much tougher teams this year. The one common opponent is Monterey Trail which Elk Grove won 31-20 and OR won 35-14... I think it will be a VERY good game. I just wonder if Elk Groves schedule has gotten them ready to face an SFL opponent.

That OR vs. Elk Grove game has to be the game of the week. I'm taking my kids for sure!

If OR wins, I will not consider it an upset, as I believe these two teams are very even.

I got OR pulling off a mild upset 31-28. Really like how well OR is playing and they have the best QB in NorCal in Book.

St Mary's will hang for a 1/2. Folsom pulls away 42-21. Rams will put up a good fight.
