(1) Del Oro vs (5) Jesuit
(3) Inderkum vs (2) Central Catholic

This bracket is very intriguing. I wish that I could attend both games.

Kind of hard to go against Del Oro in this field. We'll have to see if Jesuit is up for the task. The Big Red has a few big time players. Will they have enough to beat a Del Oro program that has had unparalleled success at the D2 level?

I'm hearing that Inderkum has it's most balanced team ever. Will this be the group to do it? Many think this is their year. Dont know much about this Central Catholic team, but their history speaks for themselves. Inderkum may have its hands full down in Modesto.

Central Catholic is the real deal. They have athletes all over the field. They are long and fast at skill positions, and have a very good QB. They are very solid up front with very strong looking guys who are very well coached. They play with tremendous pad level. They look like they have their best group maybe ever. Below is a little article on them.

@zebs thanks for sharing! That's a great article. Sounds like Cathedral Catholic has a great team. From the article, the coach seems very happy with his defense and team. Should be a good one.

I wonder why the game isn't being played at a neutral site. Given that Inderkum is undefeated.

I really want to go see the CC vs Inderkum game, but I'm two hours away, might be worth it though. Does anyone know if there are plans to broadcast this game?

NFHS is broadcasting it live according to Inderkum's maxpreps page. Inderkum is equally fast, athletic and tough. Should be a great game. I think the winner beats Del Oro/ Jesuit winner by 2 scores

Thinking the same thing, although replace "winner" with Central Catholic. Saw them and they are very good. Dismantled Oakdale and Elk Grove, two typically tough teams.
