Once again, the virus strikes. The game will not be re-scheduled.

College football is in a bad spot right now. I applaud the effort to get some sort of a season played, but the sport is limping to the finish line here and I'm not sure we even get there

None of this bodes well for the preps in California.

Now, with Santa Clara County's latest draconian rules in place forbidding any and all contact sports until at least Dec. 21, if not beyond, we may wind up seeing San Jose State with its first unbeaten football team since the F.D.R Administration in 1939. The Spartans are currently 4-0 and may be unable to play more than a game or two. The 1939 Spartans were 13-0.

Maybe SJSU can afford to move operations to some facility in Fremont(Alameda County)for practices and the next couple of home games?
