Actually a great video on how the process may go...
Some interesting points with projections and scenarios.

Excellent breakdown, and completely shows how stupid this system is. You essentially are taking the #1, #2, #4, #6, #8, etc... teams to make state rather than take the top teams. They should match up the #1Seed vs #24 Seed, #2 vs #23, etc... and that way you reward the top teams in the North and top teams in the South. If you hypothetically match up Folsom vs Clayton Valley, arguably the #2&3 ranked teams, why would you not want to get them both into the State bowl game?

Edit: Actually I completely forgot about the Small School Open, which is where SHP probably would have been slotted. But still, I'm not a fan of a smaller school being paired up with a larger school just because they're ranked higher. They should keep it based on enrollment.
I believe the #2 and #3 ranked teams would be Folsom and Elk Grove. CV gets a cakewalk to this game but Folsom or EG will have a much tougher road. And if I heard him right CCS gets a second place team? If that is the case why wouldn't the loser of Elk Grove or Folsom get in? Right now the way they are seeding regardless of enrollment isn't fair to some teams
