The Ball Philosophy...

Its different way. It worked for them. But lets remember it wasnt just the Ball Brothers. They had a super athletic wing player in Elizjah Scott whose strength was slashing to the basket and probably the X factor was 6'9 freshman pogo-stick Onyeka Okongwu who basically stayed back and either forced you into a out of rhythm mid range jumpshot or swatted anything in the paint. If you dont have that last guy back there, their "offense" doesnt work so well.

Maybe its Steve Baik who is the dark horse candidate for the SH job, since he is no longer at Chino Hills ;)

KP you are correct. A lot closer to home for him. I believe he also works at junior high near Fairfax. Makes sense.

Yeah he lives in the Pasadena area. When he worked at Chino Hills he drove against traffic going to work and now he will be driving in traffic going to Fairfax High. He is taking over for Coach Katani who is retiring according to a So. Cal Blog
