I was inches away from having a perfect score. Also thought PG would play CO closer. They only lost to them last year by 8 pts.

Ditto that for me. Had Palma at the 2 spot and swapped them with my #5 choice Wilits.....partially blame NorCalSportsFan because I remembered him writing/Tweeting about Palma over the years and thought, Hey concrete head make the change...but only partial blame (not that he had me duct taped to a metal bedsprings which was wired to a bank of HD marine batteries while yelling at me to move Palma up the pic'ems) but mostly free choice was to blame allowing me to continue dominating the middle of the Pic'em Pack.

Palma could have just as easily won the game. Refs actually took over the game in different parts that impacted it on both sides, but Palma also has other scoring opportunity and last drive a PI was very close (I didn't see it as PI with DB hitting WR just as ball got to WR who dropped the ball). Penalties and unsportsmanlike calls hurt both teams. It was a sloppy game by the officials and like I said Palma could have just as easily been the the one to win it with the score changing in the last 1:50 of the game. There was a brawl in the JV game (where the Salinas team on the sideline jumped a Palma player who made a strong tackle of a Salinas player near out of bounds - to me it was a gray call but hard tackle and the Salinas sideline went nuts on him when he was down. I think 3 Salinas players should have been kicked out and suspended. Palma team has a penalty for going out to support the player when he was being hit and jumped on by several Salinas players) and the Varsity game was chippy which made the refs very sensitive. I changed my score up because I thought Palma would control the ball more and knew it would be close. Good game with exception of the refs. I think I may write CCS about the brawl though. Several Salinas players and not just one should be suspended for jumping on a down Palma player on the ground.
