A few years ago Mitty was wining (I think) league. Going to the play offs and doing well. They had some good players and strength Center. It’s like they vanished.

I've heard this in other competitive areas, but once you have some turnover and lose momentum, other area teams start lapping you and its hard to catch up.

Bellarmine went through similar issues, but seem to have hit a home run with the new staff

I think every school goes through some cycles which entails kids that normally would go to one school, go to the other one(s). Case in point SHC girls basketball the last 2-3 years. Some of those incoming girls are going to SI now. Cycles probably are between 3-5 years. Blips 1-2 years. Blip would be Serra baseball this year.

The problem is NFL/College HC they had got undercut by the next HC coach who was on staff anddrove program into ground in 2 years and bailed, which has continued. 3 HC’s in 5 years killed the program.
