Open: Riordan has had a lot of tough ends to their seasons in 2020 (COVID), 2022 (Open Semis), 2023 (suspensions/losing home game after Inderkum game), 2024 (Open finals lost). This year's team has already made their case for best team from the CCS and could end up being the best team from NorCal in a long time. Nice chance to appreciate this group one more time
Division I: Lincoln-Stockton is the type of team that is a prime example of why we have Open and the beauty of Division I. Trojans have been building to this season and have been very good this year led by senior Anthony Moore. And have had a pretty convincing run going through a good bracket.
Division II: Jesuit's five losses to NorCal teams all came to section finalists and they boast one of the under radar players in the region in Asher Schroeder. Jesuit has held its last nine opponents to 60 points or less and gets a tough challenge on Saturday against Arenas and company.
Division III: King's Academy is an athletic and long team that has won 10 in a row since a loss to Priory. And they boast one of the top freshmen with Boss Mhoon.
Division IV: Speaking of Priory, the top seed in Division IV won three of their four regional games by at least 11 points. Four players average in double figures with no seniors in their top three scorers.
Division V: International started 4-7 and have gone 20-5 since and won their four NorCal games by a combined 23 points. Watch for senior guard Conor Maguire.
