what is the ncs rule regarding transfers

I have gotten different answers regarding the new transfer rules and that the new rules
do not apply to NCS schools does anyone have accurate information on what
is the new transfer rule and sit out period if there is any.

The new rule was CIF voted im sure it applys to all sections. The new rule is you can transfer for athletic reason and not be punished. But there's still a sit out period which I don't understand. Makes no sense. Nothing really changed if you ask me. You just don't have to hide the athletic reasoning behind the transfer
