At 6-foot-2 and 206 pounds, McNeely is a long strider who is able to accelerate in traffic. He has good vision and some power to run through arm tacklers.
While his high school impact is more at running back, McNeely could be a ball hawking safety in college. He has the athleticism to play deep coverage and will play the run well as he gets stronger.
