As subjective as these lists are, they will garner attention as MLB is contracting the minor league affiliates from 160 to 120.
28 teams at A short, no rookie+ unless in AZ., gone. In many ways, this will benefit JUCOs/colleges as an avenue to moving up. Plus, being able to control costs with decreased revenue will factor. A small crowd (cv19) can be managed more safely.
These contractions will give new life to birdogs AND showcases.

It will inevitably lead to wannabes spending more $ to “get noticed.” Many reputable sources in the game who used to stick their neck out for 2-3 guys, now might only be willing to say “he’s MY (only) guy.”
