My stop for the day…. Campo at Alhambra

Interestingly-located gym here in Martinez…. Way up on the hill in back of campus…. Took me a bit to find it…. I’d been here before, but back in the early 90’s soon after the campus was rebuilt….

I miss their old arched gym out front…. But that probably had so many safety issues by the time the rebuild was in the works.


Aaaaaaanyway…. Watching the frosh game, Campo leads 9-5 halfway thru the first q.

Looks like a blowout, huh? I sure hope so…

But then an 8-12 Acalanes gave the Cougs fits before succombing by just 1.

You want a gym that’s hard to get too. Head-Royce, I felt like I was going through a maze to get to that gym!
