UC Davis' Megan Norris (Sacred Heart Prep) was named the conference Freshman of the Year

Hunter Hernandez (Mitty) and Ila Lane (Priory) made the Big West First Team.

Just teasing. And I agree. The mid-major landscape is changing quickly and the big west and wcc is a great home for a lot of the talent we enjoy in NorCal. Should get even better in the coming years
