Rodney Lawrence taking over. 42-33 with 430. Lawrence going to line for 2 more with 406 left. Hits 1st and 2nd. 44-33 355 fourth

Vazquez hits 1st 44-34. Time out Jeff. 245 left. 2nd is good, but technical foul on Mills as player not in book comes into game. Jeff makes both 46-35. Ouch

John Falabella has done a fuh nom inal job of improving the Jefferson program steadily and intelligently. His boys play harder than any team in the PAL and each player has improved year to year.

TL: Didn't a couple of transfers help rather significantly after December?

Come on Turtle.... I thinks he’s talking about last years MVP Sean Orr who was from westmoor but has since graduated and is now playing at Canada.
Everybody knows Menzie learned all about the politics in today’s HS sports and RL got the MVP this year. No disrespect to RL he’s a very player but IMO Menzie from HMB was the true MVP. He has better #’s , while playing a tougher schedule and is a true leader on the floor. We’ll see how RL matches up with Ziggy tonight......

Wait to see if this crap the CCS seeding guys are trying to pull right now comes to fruition...... talk about politics and aiding as part of the good ol’ boy club.

I thought they only considered league play when determining league awards? Regardless, I thought Menzies and Lawrence should have been co-mvp's as they've done in years past. Hopefully these two teams match up again in CCS, round 3 on a neutral court will be the best way to settle things.

Agreed CO-MVP would have been a great idea. Rubber match round 3 would be Awesome !

Lawrence finally scores to drop Sequoia run to make it 21-9. 417 in second.

Sequoia now leads 25-9

Daniel Benjamin for 3 to make it 25-12. Costiniano misses 1-1, but Johnson put back makes it 25-14.

Ziggy with a silly foul. His 3rd. Lauese left him in game st end and Jefferson didn't go inside to get a 4th or an easy basket.

28-21 Sequoia leads at the half
