That was a very good game, Pueblo won 13-0. It seemed that the Mankato offense couldn't figure out what it wanted to do, like they were so used to doing anything they wanted that when someone said 'no' they didn't know what to do, what to call. They would get a few good plays then get stopped. One of my coaching friends said that it didn't appear that Mankato had a real plan of how they were going to attack Pueblo. They were successful with QB read options and then went away from that, and then at short-mid passing and went away from that as well. The Thunderwolves used the 'great defense, damn fine special teams, and an offense that doesn't lose it' philosophy. Great game at a great little venue.
