St. Francis is playing well, and good teams just find a way to win. Looks like SHC hung with them until the end. No one likes to lose but at least, they played St. Francis tough.

Very nice! 5 feet behind the half court line. Sometimes people just heave those at the basket, but he had a nice arc on it.

Clutch shot. Question: where was a defender? Stapes is their "go to" player.
Similar to the B-M game finish where no Wildcat stopped the player driving down the court w the ball.

Jordan24 It might have been Brown who had him....but Im not sure anyone thought Staples was going to take that low percentage shot especially from that far. Just tough and crazy...When the other team make shots like that you just deserve to win, and crazy demoralizing for the other team as well. It will be tough when SHC plays Riordan, they have to stop Stansberry for sure, and Riordan has some confidence knocking off Mitty.

Not similar to SI SHC. Why challenge a 55 footer and risk a foul on an incredibly low percentage shot. It was just a fluke/fate, etc. game was not won/lost there.

Hahaha, I knew someone would say that, in Parson's defense he also said, he goofs off with that shot in lunch. When asked he said, "Never," as in he doesn't even make it at lunch...He also plainly stated, "It was just lucky."
