Serra's Kevin Welch allowed one hit, but the Serra Padre baseball team fell to Valley Christian 4-1 in seven innings on Saturday at Frisella Stadium.

Serra's Robert Hanson pitched and lasted 1 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.

Padres host Riordan at home on Tuesday March 25th at 4:00 p.m.

I have a hunch everything will even out for the Padres. They play HARD, the League is hard, but they will be in the thick of it when it matters IMO.
