MaxPreps written by Joe Davidson, and he is a Sacramento guy. Tends to lean more toward Sac/SJS teams. MaxPreps also includes Fresno,which Rivals does not, so 2 of top 3 teams in MaxPreps arent ranked in Rivals. Take those 2 out and not that much different.
