Now that it is the 2nd Year under Coach Chris Smith (whom lead Vacaville Christian to a Section Crown and some other final appearances) and his Double WIng Offense it could look well for them in the future. He has the numbers compared to a small private school enrollment. Woodland had a good victory (36-34 ot) over American Canyon in a Week 0 Game. They are in league play with Inderkum, Pioneer, Rio Linda, River City, River Valley & Yuba City. Time will tell.
