Short list has to include Rencher, Hillman, Blair, Loving, Moore & Stokes, & I'm missing a few others for sure. Rencher?

Very tough call this year... Add in Gavin Sykes, too...

But I'll go with Blair... I think...

Blair and Sykes were clearly the two best that I saw this year in that order. I consider Tounde (SoCal) and think the best of the rest are a clear notch below / down from those three.
