NCS D2-6 the final pits #1 vs #2... the lone exception is in D1 where it’s #1 vs #3(beat #2 in double OT 100-98)... I’d say that the committee got it right!

Now with that being said I am curious as to how the NorCal selections will go. Good luck to all the teams in NCS Finals and bring on State Playoffs!!

Sidenote: NCS Girls D1-6 100% Chalk #1vs#2 in Finals!

Most of the top tier teams like Salesian, Odowd, LL, Clayton, St Joes, St pats, etc were no brainers. Hard to screw those up.

I think one of the seedings that they got wrong in SJS was Grant at #5. They play in the tough Delta league and have a very challenging schedule. They have great size and almost all of them are underclassmen. They haven't been challenged yet in D2 and I see them beating the #2 seeded St Mary's team. They could be preseason top team in Sac next year with the talent they have coming back.

Yeah I agree... the SJS and CCS was definitely not predictable. Either the seedings were mishandled or the teams in finals got hot at the right time! (ie #7 Mitty) In any case Nor Cals and State should be competitive every round Open-D2... D3-D6 probably less entertaining but still basketball being played for a shot at State so let the kids enjoy the moment!
