I too was there, 1st row and right in the middle of the Bells parent section, who were nothing but professional and classy. They cheered for there team, never heard a bad word about any Dublin players and very little arguing of calls from the refs.
Dublin struggled at both ends for most of this game and couldn't really find there normal groove. Denker was a major problem for most of the game, hitting big 3's, driving and dishing & keeping the Bells in control of this game. Kiachian was a major factor down the stretch, low post scoring, rebounding at both ends and a great dunk with a bogus T for hanging on to the rim.
Dublin couldn't get into there normal rhythm but just kept grinding & fighting all game long and I think everyone knew there was a run coming. Nick Costello was a huge reason why Dublin wasn't down 20 early in this game. He was hit big 3 after big 3, knocking down free throws and took what the Bells were giving him. He had that look like this season isn't ending on my watch and took matters into his own hands and delivered both offensively and defensively.
Roy & both Jackson's didn't have their best games but did hit some big shots and they delivered when the game was on the line. Gaels got some really nice contributions from Oden, Meagher & Pierce. Had Dublin performed from the free throw line like they normally do, this game wouldn't have been so close but give the Bells credit, they competed and battled on the road and gave the Gaels everything they had.
