As I mentioned in the Dublin-DLS thread, here I am in the frigid confines of the Las Lomas gym... Now that the place is nearly full, It might be almost 60 degrees in here...

The Knights pep band is here, contributing to a great atmosphere.
Las Lomas lost a couple games last week to fall out of the undefeated ranks, but got well vs Miramonte with a big win the other night.

Campo, of course, comes off an incredible double-overtime win over previously undefeated CVC.

Should be a heck of a battle...

LL is one of the few good teams in the area that doesn’t enjoy a big size edge over the Marvelous Munchkins if Moraga... they do have more guys with college offers, however... But that and a buck eighty will getcha a coffee at Mickey d’s...

Cougs just can’t quite get it going... 37-23 at the half, LL in favor

They’re doing a fundraiser for the family of that Mt Diablo wrestler that was paralyzed in a match a couple weeks ago... passing the hat kinda thing. Very nice, LL Wrestling...

52-41 LL with 2:02 left 3rd... Cougs battling, but can’t pull closer

Couple takeaways from this game...

1) Factoring together this score with CVC's narrow win over Acalanes tonight (63-62, I think), it looks like that double-overtime classic at Campo a couple days ago took a little starch out of both teams... Not saying that Campo should have beaten LL tonight with fresher legs, but they could have been closer...

2) I absolutely *looove* Nathan Robinson's on-court demeanor/attitude. If something doesn't go right, he just moves on. Never appears tense or upset when things are tight. Just keeps on playing, and *kills*. I see he has a USF offer... He'd be a good get for the Dons.
