CCS Open Pool Play Brackets Announced

CCS seedings are today.
Curious how tlhey will be seeding Riordan and Mitty. I recall the #1 seed may be done by a coin flip? Can anyone confirm. Here's my projection:

1. Mitty/Riordan - 50/50 coinflip?
3. SHP
4..Serra
5. Priory
6. SI
7. Menlo-Atherton
8. SHC

If Priory did opt out, it’s an interesting strategy from the NorCal/state tournament perspective. It’s almost like they don’t want to show the CCS seeding committee how good they are So that they don’t get moved up to D1 or D2 which is where they belong. Maybe they want to stay D5 and get that D5 State Championship. Let’s see how the CCS seeding committee handles this from a competitive equity standpoint.
