Not really. Privates are very demanding and a few years ago, you had St. Francis, SHC, O'Dowd, Riordan and a few others all open in the same year. So while rare it is not a first time occurence.

Why are privates having so many openings? And that they are 3 inner city schools(which somebody else brought up) … it’s just interesting, which was my ORIGINAL point
Any word on SHC. O’Dowd or Moreau search?? Looks like Riordan made good move

It is just the cycle of coaching. Riordan opening has been around for a month. SHC opening just happened this padt week. Not sure of the other coaching openings happened. 5 years ago, several of the privates had openings. It is just the cycle of how coaching goes.
