My first home game this year except for the foundation game.

It’ll be the first on-record home for the varsity this year, too.

Anyway…. The Cougfrosh have played very well against a 10-2 Weston Ranch team and lead 19-6 at the half.

Now 23-8 with 6:12 left 3rd.

btw, Campo is currently 6-5.

So…. Campo JV’s show a 7-5 record, and Weston Ranch is 7-6.

(in both jv and frosh cases, the MaxPreps Campo record is waaayyyyy off.)

Ranch puts in a short J at the buzzer, but Campo leads 17-11 after 1quarter.

50-39 Campo after 3…. They are playing very well against a rather athletic team.

Campo hangs on, 56-49. That margin was the closest Weston Ranch ever got in the 2nd half. Solid win !

Next up, Campo varsity tries to break a 3-game losing streak against Weston Ranch, whose 5-7 record is NOT indicative of their abilities. They have lost several very close battles vs. some excellent teams, including Clovis North by 3, Clayton Valley Charter before ther stud Perryman was lost to injury, Destiny Christian…. etc.

Campo comes in at 9-3.

I think they reset the divisions back to roster size, but those are purely “base” divisions to start from. Teams are placed by performance/ratings in playoffs.
