Later, the varsity game should be a thriller with first place on the line…. 20-2 CVC vs 16-6 Campo. CVC is undefeated in league, and Campo has lost just once, that being to CVC at their place.
The Cougs were down by 18 at the half in that matchup, and never quite got back in it, thos they lost by just 8. Let’s see how the return match develops…
Would have been nice to see that varsity game end up like the JV game, where the Cougs were down by 21 in mid-2nd quarter yet won by 31 in an amazing turnaround.
