Division I Preview: St. Mary's at Carondelet

Carondelet is 28-6 with three losses to San Ramon Valley and one loss to SoCal Open Division finalist Etiwanda. St. Mary's has had an up and down year but has won seven of the past eight games and is at its best relying on defense.

The C-Let win v. St. Marys was a very strange game. St. Mary's led by 5 at the half and seemed in full control. Carondelet upped its defensive pressure and started to hit some shots, and the St. Mary's wheels came off. Smith found foul trouble. Still it was only a five point C-Let lead after the third quarter. The fourth was just a disaster. I'm optimistic this will be a close game.
