Yes they do. Coach Ryan got the foundation started back in 2002 and Chris Horner has kept it going for the most part. A few down years, but most every program goes through that.
Still so weird for me to see CR at D4/D5 level after so many years in the CAL at D1 with Grant Union, Nevada Union, Del Campo, Placer, Bella Vista and San Juan. Also seems weird to me that SJ went from D1 to super small school almost overnight and to complete obscurity this millennium.
