Do teams move up in Divisions next year with NCS Championships (2 or more)

Anyone know this NCS rule?

Aveli, I'm pretty sure they did away with this rule a few years ago for NCS. With the advent of the Open Division, it isn't really needed as the consistenly great teams will rise to the Open, which opens some spots for the one year wonder teams in their regular divisions for NorCals.
