Folsom first month

The mighty Folsom Bulldogs (current kings of NorCal after beating DLS last year AT DLS), start with a very tough 4 weeks.

In the first 4 weeks of the season, the mighty Dawgs of the beautiful City of Folsom, take on Serra, Pitt, and DLS. The Pitt and DLS games are on the road.

Not a bad start for the champs! They return a ton of talent and look to hang another banner. Word is Saben and Sweeney were in town again!

Saban and Sweeney will be disappointed to find out there are is no jonah Williams or ngata brothers left. Sorry I don’t see anybody that would compete at that level on this Folsom team. And it’s not the QB either.
He’s a 7 on 7 stud. Just wait until the pads come on and it’s live. Different world. I’m saying 3-2 in your preseason and 10-2 going into playoffs. Just my thoughts.

What’s the preseason outlook for the SFL this year?

Folsom is clear favorite. But Teams like Granite Bay and Oak Ridge are very intriguing and will be stronger in 2022. OR returns some really big kids and has a solid QB back. Rocklin lost a great deal off a really good team. Probably the 2nd best team in the schools history. Should be fun.

I really wanted to spend more time watching Folsom at the sac state 7-7 tournament, the qb did look good though. I got distracted watching Rocklin win the ship. I think Folsom is 1, but that's a tough preseason right there. I heard the Padres are loaded as well.

He’s great 7v7 and in skill stuff. But make no mistake, he’s no Dano graves.

After what seems like a decade of not being serious about football, it was great to see Granite Bay make their current coaching hire. It would be great to see that program do well for the first time since Ernie Cooper.

Hope Paul keeps scheduling those kind of games. Those are the games that you never forget as a player.
