Frankie had just dropped off his brother Ralphie (USF player development coach) and close friend Henry Caruso (Serra, Princeton and Santa Clara).
Frankie is very fortunate he was not more seriously hurt and Ralphie and Henry are even more fortunate as the car was struck on the side they were sitting.
