The Golden 1 Center, the new home of the Sacramento Kings, will host the state finals in 2017 and 2018.

In the past, CIF has gone for the lowest bidder in the large arenas, and Sacramento has always filled the bill. It's probably cheaper to operate an arena in Sacramento, and I'm pretty sure there's less demand.

WIsh it was Maples... five miles away from our school... lol. But that's going to be pretty cool for the kids to get a chance to play in a brand new NBA arena.
