I’m starting to see more kids playing on the playgrounds again. Reminds me of my youth. Guess what parents. It’s free. Get your kid out of the house and down to local park. Million drills on YouTube. Being a great player takes self discipline and hard work. You don’t need a trainer. You need motivation.

Hahjahaj. It’s nice to see though kids out. Not saying there aren’t great trainers either because they serve a niche.
Question, Larry...what do you consider a great trainer? just interested in hearing different opinions.
Larry Legend, you are on point with what you said. I am one that is fortunate because of a few teachers I had growing up.That’s a great ?.
Today’s world is so data driven so with respect to quickness, jumping , etc that can be measured and improved upon. But really it’s about getting somebody to the point they are comfortable being exhausted and having the strength to make the play to win a game. That could be mental as well. A great trainer can be a mentor as well. I think the good ones go beyond the basics. And really it’s like a great teacher you had growing up. It might take years later to realize how fortunate you were.
