Might be my favorite Norcal Player of All Time. (Kidd or him). Gordon was stupid athletic in this contest. Way to represent like a true sport.

I would expect all of the love for AG on these boards but watching that dunk contest I have to admit, he should have won. Those two dunks with the mascot were so sick CDC would have to declare him a health hazard. Zach LaVine deserved it last year because he bought fire back to the contest but this year was AG's coming out. Everybody outside of NorCal will now be on the look-out for him in Orlando. Well done big boy. Nasty...
Two bitter ex Orlando players as judges shafted him! They need to look at the degree of difficulty on that last dunk. Three amazing dunks never seen in a contest.
Plus LaVine basically foot faulted every time he tried to dunk it from the free throw line, stepping into the key each time. It sounds more impressive dunking from the free throw line a la Dr. J than it really was watching it. Shouldn't be getting perfect scores when you're missing your take off point. Gordon's dunks were much more impressive with higher degrees of difficulty. I agree, Gordon got Robbed!

The way it's structured those were all 50's. That works out in the first round because both would advance. In the finals I think instead of scores it should dunk vs dunk First dunk in finals Gordon uses a rotating mascot, one hand behind his head and dunks. Lavine basically does the same dunk off the bounce All 50's but Gordon clearly the better dunk. Round 1 Finals to Gordon. Same thing on the .Seated under the leg over the mascot. Award Gordon round 2 and crown him champ
He 100% got robbed but been tossing this theory around with friends last couple days.. does his getting robbed make him even more talked about and get more attention than if he had actually won it? now people are not only talking about the insane dunks he did but also the fact that he should have won it (no real debate here, even though Lavine was also fantastic, just tells you how good AG was)... I hope he isn't too mad about the swindle to come back next year though, he would have the "favorite" label then and could use the biased judging in his own favor his time lol
