Due to an almost storybook season for Liberty this year vs. the perennial Gorman Gales powerhouse (what, about 13 Nevada State titles and maybe 3 nationally rank championships, there are a number of camera crews covering the game.

At any moment, during any time during the game, hundreds of bags of baking flour are ripped open and swung in the air, causing that end section of the stands to disappear amidst an explosive, blooming white cloud.

PT-cat, s'gotta be the scariest logo in the world. Reminds me of a Michael Crichton novel. Hmmmm, this day and age, too, a high school mascot and logo that has SWORDS, or SABRES, on it, ie.,WEAPONS! Is there anything that comes close? Like a hschool logo with firearms? Amazing San Leandro's gotten away with a logo like that all these years. ;-).

This was a real shocker! Thanks for giving us play by play reporting of this game Muds.
Must have been a great game. I don't know what surprise me more - a liberty win over BG or a string of posts from the long lost Muddenguts!!!!

Result is def a surprise, but not shocking. The Bishop is several levels below what they have been. Hell even the BG folks have been taking about it the past few years. And Liberty is not an elite team by any means, but they are a really good high school football team so that’s why I’d say not shocking!
