Once again, the value of strong reserves in a team sport has been emphasized, this time at the Summer Olympics in Japan. This morning, on relatively short notice, in the absence of gymnastics icon, Simone Biles who has been unable to compete due to a mental health issue, Sunisa Lee, 18, stepped in and captured Olympic gold as America's new No.1 in the all-around. Tough young woman for sure. That was a one very big leotard to fill. Kudos all around. Gotta to have a strong bench.
