Greatest HS Basketball Game of All Time

Can you fill out SHC’s? Doesn’t Pachulia’s kids who go to DeLa live in Moraga? My point is Riordan still has kids from the City. Is anything done by the school violating CIF, CCS, WCAL rules? Funny how the same posters singling out Riordan are the same ones that buried the school a decade ago. Now that the school is thriving by opening up a boarding school going co-ed and attracting out of area players, the haters come out-namely from the same tired adult posters who call out kids by name yet hide behind screen names who are being lapped by SI and Riordan and now VC in hoops.
No hate at all. Elite programs pull from all over. I genuinely wanted you to fill it out so I can be educated where all the players are from. As for SH, its all listed on their team site. 7 kids are from SF, 3 from Oakland/Berkeley, 2 from Daly City/Pacifica, 2 from Marin. I dont know about you but thats real 415 representation. Of course that doesnt equate to any sports success, but at least SH invests in their own.

I remember Tyson Chandler's Dominguez (Compton) team in the 90s that lost to St. Francis. If there was ever a no way that could happen, it might have been that.
Didn’t they almost lose to Newark Memorial as well? Maybe a different year.

Just throwing in a few greatest-game noms…

I think it was 1988, back when the NorCal event was eight teams, as was SoCal…

YV was almost universally called the 8 seed despite the presence of St. Mary’s-bound Eric Bamberger….

but they knocked off O’Dowd, I forget who in the semi…. but then they beat probably James Logan’s best team ever in TRIPLE OT in the NorCal final. Absolutely incredible game…

Campo taking down undefeated CVC in triple OT…. 100-98 on a runner at the buzzer by Carter Mahaney…

I’m sure I can come up with more…

I think they beat Newark fairly easily (15 points or so). Still a pretty impressive performance against that dominant of a team for a squad that had one D1 player if i recall correctly
